Daniel W. Anderson, Associate Attorney

Daniel Anderson joined Mills & Mills as a law clerk in July of 2004 and was promoted to associate attorney in 2006 after completing his Juris Doctor. As a highly motivated individual, Daniel quickly became a successful litigator completing numerous hearings/trials in the areas of custody and family law. Daniel has also drafted and defended multiple appeal briefs filed with the Supreme Court of Nevada in the area of family law.

While Daniel continues to practice in the area of family law, his main focus has shifted to business organizations and contract law. He has drafted, negotiated and finalized Internet licensing agreements, celebrity licensing agreements, secured transactions, severance agreements, operating agreements and many other corporate documents. Daniel currently acts as corporate/advisory counsel for multiple business enterprises.

Daniel was a first team academic all conference, and all conference track and field champion at Southern Utah University. That’s where he received his bachelor’s degree and then went on to Creighton University School of Law before receiving his juris doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law.

He and his wife live in Henderson, NV with their four children.
