Criminal Law

We understand that there is nothing more life-altering than being accused of a crime. Our goal is to protect the legal and Constitutional rights of our clients and vigorously defend them against all types of charges ranging from misdemeanor to felony, both for adults and juveniles.

At Mills & Mills, we handle variety of criminal law matters. We accept cases for all types of misdemeanor violations, including domestic violence, DUI, traffic citations, petty theft, and drug possession charges. In most misdemeanor cases, we are able to successfully negotiate favorable sentences that do not involve a jail sentence. We handle misdemeanor charges for fees of $2,500.00 or less, depending on the complexity of your case.

We also handle a variety of felonies, including fraud, grand larceny, sexual assault and felony drug charges. We have defended cases in both the state and federal systems. The cost for defending a felony charge can vary significantly depending on the severity of the charges, and whether we believe that the case is defensible at trial. Please call and set up a consultation to discuss your case with us. If you elect not to retain our firm, you will not be charged for the consultation.
